This bespoke Millboard decking transformation in London demonstrates how intelligent design, premium materials and precision craftsmanship can completely reinvent even the smallest outdoor spaces. Replacing a Severely Deteriorated Timber Deck

During our detailed site survey in May 2023, it became clear that the original softwood decking had reached the end of its serviceable life.

The new layout maintains appropriate clearance beneath the decking and allows air to circulate through the structure while providing routes for surface water to drain away. The terrace was finished using Millboard Enhanced Grain in Jarrah, selected for its rich hardwood-inspired appearance and warm natural character.
