Raised Millboard decking terrace - hand-moulded oak grain, warm tone, anti-slip, no rot/algae - handles daily staff + client traffic
Millboard cladding to all surrounding walls - hides pipes/services, adds depth/warmth, makes courtyard feel like room not alley
Same material floor + walls = seamless, architectural - horizontal + vertical work together
Steel subframe - level, drainage, ventilation, built for commercial use
