We don't build timber boxes that rot. We build everything from welded steel. Timber looks good for a year. Steel looks good for 25:

  • Welded steel frame, hot-dip galvanised + powder coated to 80 microns, 25yr anti-corrosion, 10yr structure. No MDF, no timber frame to swell and rot. Every post lines up with deck joists and trim, no awkward packers.

  • Hydraulic stay-open storage benches, fully lined and ventilated. Marine ply liner with ventilation holes, gas struts rated to 300N, lid stays open in wind. Drainage channels so storage stays dry — essential for UK.

  • Sunbrella cushions made to measure, not off-the-shelf. UV stable, mould resistant, removable covers, made in UK to our frame sizes. Seat height 450mm, depth 600mm — proper ergonomic dimensions, not picnic bench.

  • Concealed fixings, flush fronts, same material palette. Millboard Envello cladding or composite slatted screens matching your deck, same RAL 7016/9005/9003 powder coat across seating, planters, kitchen, pergola, handrail — reads as one piece of furniture.
