We don't build timber sheds. We build insulated buildings that last:

  • Structure: 3mm folded steel frame + 100mm SIPs walls, hot-dip galvanised + powder coated, 25yr anti-corrosion. Steel provides 0mm tolerance rigidity — doors never stick like timber frame. Timber looks good for a year. Steel looks good for 25.

  • Insulation: 100mm walls + 150mm roof + 100mm floor, U-values 0.20 walls, 0.15 roof, vapour barrier, breathable membrane. Built for year-round UK use, not summer only. Keeps 20C in winter with 2kW heater, cool in summer. Proper MVHR ventilation option.

  • Exterior: Millboard Envello Shadow Line+ cladding matching your decking, same RAL 7016/9005/9003 palette as pergola, kitchen, seating, planters — one material palette across entire garden. EPDM flat roof with aluminium capping, hidden gutter, no felt to replace.

  • Glazing: Aluminium bifold or sliding doors, triple track option, 28mm double glazed low-E, toughened safety glass, 21.5mm laminated where needed. Black frame RAL 9005 standard. Panoramic corner glazing possible on steel frame — timber can't do it without movement.

  • Services: Electrics chased inside steel, 24V LED + 240V power, data, IP66 outside sockets, consumer unit, Part P certified. No visible trunking. Underfloor heating mat option, plastered internal finish, ready for your furniture.
